CISA KEV.

The catalogue of vulnerabilities known to be exploited in the wild, assessed against technologies in the company profile.

What this source is

CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalogue lists vulnerabilities for which there is evidence of active exploitation. It is a prioritisation source, not a substitute for a complete vulnerability-management process.

What it publishes

Entries include a CVE identifier, affected products, required action and a remediation due date used by US federal civilian agencies.

Why it may be worth monitoring

A KEV entry is a strong signal that a vulnerability deserves prompt assessment. Whether it affects a particular organisation depends on its actual technology inventory and exposure.

How Lextron handles it

Lextron retrieves the KEV catalogue several times a day and compares entries with technologies defined in the company profile. Potential matches appear as Cybersecurity signals for verification and escalation.
